Blackstar Amplification is a British company which produces and manufacturers guitar amplifiers and effects units. The company was founded by a group of ex-Marshall employees, most notably Bruce Keir, the current technical Director at Blackstar and former Chief Design Engineer at Marshall, Ian Robinson.
In 2009 the company began operations in the United States. The majority of the research and development for the company is carried out in the UK. Blackstar is endorsed by major artists like Ozzy Osbourne, Kurt Viehdorfer, Neal Schon, Opeth, Richie Sambora of Bon Jovi. Blackstar has been consistently ranked amongst the best amplification brands by leading guitarists.

And around back, you'll find two different textures of reverb and a speaker-emulated output that makes direct recording easier than ever.
Blackstar Angled Cab HTV 412
The HT Venue Series has four outstanding speaker cabinets that are all equipped with Celestion drivers and have been voiced to work with the HT Venue amplifiers, as well as a wide range of other products. All the cabs have finger-locked (comb) joints, heavy duty wiring and a cool vintage styling.
The HTV 412 speaker extension cabinet features four 12" speakers.
Blackstar – Carmen Vandenberg CV10

Carmen Vandenberg. One of the most exciting guitarists in the world. Her band, Bones UK, has been Grammy nominated and supported the likes of KORN and Rage Against the Machine. She also co-wrote the Jeff Beck album Loud Hailer. In 2019 Carmen worked closely with Blackstar’s engineers to create her signature CV30. Now, answering calls for a lower wattage and more compact version, we are proud to introduce the CV10. Based on the Studio 10 6L6, one of Carmen’s favourite amps, the CV10 is perfect for Carmen’s blend of riff-heavy rock and roll and industrial blues tones.
Blackstar Studio 10 EL34
The elegant Studio 10 EL34 is a low gain, classic British crunch amp with an EL34 in the power amplifier and an ECC83 in the preamp stage, resulting in a flawlessly boutique, sultry crunch. This model includes a footswitchable pre-amp Boost for an authentic classic rock and indie rhythm tone and articulately powerful blues leads.

Blackstar Studio 10 6L6
Studio 10 6L6 deploys a 6L6 output valve and an ECC83 in the preamp stage to give this amp a distinctively American bright clean sound and searing lead tone. Blackstar HT-20R Head MkII
EL84s are at the tonal heart of the HT-20R MkII combo and head. We have used our decades of valve amp design experience to combine the response and character of this classic British valve with a carefully voiced preamp to create wonderfully lush valve tones. From pure boutique cleans, to mild overdrive that cleans up by backing off the guitar volume control, right up to saturated distortion, this amp does it all.
For at home or in the studio the Power Reduction switch takes you down to 2 Watts without any compromise in tone: perfect for driving the EL84 power stage.
