The PSR-I300 comes with more than just Yamaha’s acclaimed piano and electronic sounds, offering an extensive array of Voices for the Indian instruments so essential to playing Indian music, paired with a keyboard that has won popularity for its great dynamics and for being smooth and easy to play. Features such as Dual, Arpeggio, and Harmony, and high-quality DSP effects enhance your sound and help you play like a pro. The PSR-I300 even includes functions such as Super Articulation Lite and Pitch Bend Wheel that reproduce the unique playing techniques and sounds of instruments with impressive authenticity. The Styles you need to play Indian music
Auto-accompaniment “Styles” are a function that adds rhythm and accompaniment when you play chords with your left hand. In addition to genres such as rock and jazz, the PSR-I300 also responds to the patterns often used in Indian music, offering a comprehensive range of support functions that allow you to enjoy performing with Styles without any knowledge of chords or music, including Smart Chord for one-finger performance with Styles, a Music Database that offers suggestions for frequently used combinations of Voices and Styles, and Chord Dictionary, which lets you look up how to play chords. The PSR-I300 also offers a Riyaz Lite function that plays Tabla/Mridangam and Tanpura, so that you can practice scales and singing as well as provide backing for Indian music.
