D Jr E

The D Junior E is your full-scale companion, delivering the iconic power of a Martin Dreadnought in a more comfortable, travel-friendly size. Whether you’re writing at home, warming up backstage, or chasing inspiration on the road, this guitar is always by your side, ready to bring big sound wherever you go.

A solid spruce top provides crisp tone and dynamic range, while solid sapele back and sides add warmth, punchy mids, and clear trebles. Scalloped spruce X-bracing enhances resonance and projection, so even in a smaller body, this Dreadnought still roars. Built for effortless playability, the D Junior E features a full-scale 24.9″ neck with a Performing Artist profile and high-performance taper, making every chord transition and lead run feel smooth and natural. A gently beveled fingerboard edge provides a comfortable, broken-in feel for long sessions. And when it’s time to plug in, Martin E1 electronics—with a built-in tuner—ensure your sound is always dialed in.

Complete with a durable softshell case, the D Junior E is always ready to hit the road and make every moment sound better—because the best companions are the ones you never want to leave behind.

About Martin
Logo C.F. Martin & Co.

A Martin isn’t just a guitar. It’s playable history; part of a long line of legendary instruments stretching back to the company’s beginnings in 1833. Our guitars were strummed by Civil War soldiers around campfires, helped shape the sound of modern music at the turn of the 20th century, and were played by music’s first superstars like Jimmie Rodgers and Gene Autry. Decades later, Martins floored the crowd at Woodstock, then took center stage on MTV Unplugged, and can be heard on countless classic and contemporary songs across all genres of music. Artists like Hank Williams, Elvis Presley, Bob Dylan, John Lennon, Neil Young, Ed Sheeran, John Mayer, Seth Avett, and many others all played Martins, creating much of the soundtrack of the last century. And who knows? With one of our instruments in your hand, you could help write the soundtrack for the next century.
