With 9 presets, you can transform your axe and lay down a cool “Riders on the Storm” style groove or some hot funk ala “What’d I Say!” Take it from Mike Matthews who says: “You’ll dig the way the KEY9 turns you into a Rhodes Scholar!”
Combining high-end sound and wide-ranging versatility, the RV-6 takes pedal-based reverb to the next level. Reaching beyond the capabilities of previous generations, this powerful stomp employs the latest tech and legendary BOSS know-how to make it easy to get amazing reverb tones instantly. From subtle rooms to modern shimmer effects to long, evocative reverbs, the RV-6 envelops your tone in lush ambient spaces that endlessly inspire. Packing the latest BOSS DSP and updated algorithms, the RV-6 gives you eight highly musical reverb effects in one compact pedal. Add body and depth to your core tone with standards like Room, Hall, and Plate, dial up swirling richness with the Modulate setting, or surf it up with a vintage-style Spring reverb. Dynamic mode automatically adjusts the effect depth to your playing touch, providing deep, immersive reverb that won’t turn your tone to mud. And modern players will love the new Shimmer and Reverb+Delay modes. The RV-6 makes getting high-quality reverb sounds with your guitar quick and easy—just select a sound mode, tweak the knobs to taste, and play. But while its operation is simple, the RV-6’s sound is rich and sophisticated. Under the hood, each mode includes a huge array of detailed reverb parameters, all perfectly tuned for guitar by the BOSS engineers with direct input from many pro players and sound engineers. Even as you adjust the selected mode with the Time and Tone knobs, many parameters are simultaneously adjusted inside to create the ideal voicing for every setting. While the RV-6’s reverb effects are high-tech digital, you can rest assured that your straight guitar tone always remains pure analog as the effect is blended in. Convenient auto-switching jacks let you integrate with any pedal chain, with support for mono, mono-to-stereo, and stereo-to-stereo operation. And by plugging into the B input only, the RV-6 outputs a 100-percent wet sound, great for working with more complex rigs that employ parallel processing chains and mixers. There’s also a jack for connecting an optional expression pedal, allowing you to control the effect level in real time as you play.
The new C9 Organ Machine springboards off the revolutionary B9 to mine another rich vein of classic gold and provide players with nine more definitive organ and keyboard sounds. The C9 will transform your instrument into a convincing full body, electric organ or vintage electronic keyboard. For each preset chosen, it also provides precise control over important elements of that sound’s sonic fingerprint like percussive click, modulation, attack/sustain, drawbar setting or high frequency content. Blend your dry signal to create beautiful layers. Lovers of classic organ and keyboard rejoice!
Fresh squeezed. We proudly present the DOD Compressor 280 (2014). With the DOD 280, you can tame the wildest peaks and even out dynamics between single notes and chords. Deftly tear your way through licks that blend fretted notes and open strings without dramatic changes in volume. Whether you’re goin’ deep country with spankin’ clean tone or rattling teeth with staccato-driven riffs, the DOD 280 will add finesse to your picking attack for consistent performances. The DOD Compressor 280 will help you manage the dynamic range of the input signal from your instrument. Compressing your dynamic range will make notes sustain longer, the sound seem tighter and help you avoid clipping the signal going into other effects or your amplifier. Like its predecessor, the DOD Compressor 280 (2014) offers independent Compression and Output controls. However, there are some improvements over the original design. The DOD 280 (2014) features true bypass which allows your guitar tone to remain pristine even when the DOD 280 is off. This is a big difference from the original, which would color your bypassed tone. Also, the new DOD 280 features a modern 9V DC power supply input that makes it more pedalboard friendly. The Compressor 280 employs an electro-optical circuit that varies the amount of the pedal’s dynamic compression using a light-dependent resistor and internal LED. At lower settings the “Comp” knob adds a subtle volume-leveling effect that adds a touch of evenness to the guitar’s signal, bringing up the level of low-volume playing and limiting the maximum volume of harder-hit single-note passages and chords. At higher settings the Comp knob “squashes” the initial attack and raises the level of notes and chords as they decay. The "Output" knob controls the overall volume of the effected signal and can act as a volume boost if desired.
The Dino Range is meant to be your set and forget compressor in a live application, or a complete and versatile machine in a studio environnement. From ambient sustain to plucked country riffs, or during your squashy funk grooves, it delivers everything you can expect from the beast. The "FREE" control (release time) lets you choose between a nice pumping effect (short release) or a very long sustained notes. The slow attack setting is ideal for strumming, you're gonna keep your pick attack while levelling the volume of your whole playing.

Compact loopers are a bona-fide trend, with many new models appearing over the last year. Their small footprints and dummy-proof simplicity make the looping process seem a lot less geeky. Electro-Harmonix’s 360 Nano Looper excels on all these counts, but merits extra praise and consideration for its inclusion of an 11-position dial that enables super-easy loop storage and recall. It’s a feature you don’t see on most compact loopers, and the way it decouples loop recall from footswitch operation may prove invaluable to many players. The basic looping process differs little from other compact loopers: single clicks initiate recording, overdubbing, and playback, double clicks stop a loop, and pressing and holding clears the loop. Meanwhile, the Nano’s 11-loop library makes moving from one loop to another over the course a set stupidly simple. It also provides the option of prerecording loops before you hit the pressure cooker of the stage. This can be a lifesaver, and it makes the 360 Nano one of the most appealing looper options for gigging guitarists.
