The new Flashback 2 serves up a sonic buffet of expressive delay by infusing the pressure sensitive MASH technology with our renowned delay algorithms. We completely redeveloped our Tape and Analog algorithms from scratch, recreating the tones of old school echoes with unheard realism, including every little eccentric behavior inherent in those legendary designs. We also squeezed in a shimmering Crystal delay, made with our own polyphonic octave algorithm from Sub 'N' Up into Flashback 2. And finally, with 3 TonePrint slots in total, you get more flexibility than ever, and all the legendary delay sounds that TC Electronic are famous for. From Caroline Guitar Company: If you’re reading this, you must be getting ready to party like it’s 1983. We’ve kept your original, dry signal path analog and pure, then given you a +21db boost/overdrive preamp to smash a low fidelity digital delay chip designed for karaoke machines and kids’ toys into smeared, repeated glory. Yeah, we’re going back in time – back to when they measured data in KILOBYTES! This pedal is VERY capable of fun runaway oscillations, both by turning up the summation knob, or a controlled, high-pass filtered oscillation from the Havoc momentary foot switch. If you’ve ever struggled to make your delays come through prominently in the mix, or lost definition from your original signal, the attack and level controls can allow you to dial up everything from crisp, clean slapbacks to dirty, muted echoes and loud, powerful repeats. A beautiful, subtle modulation circuit courtesy of our friend Jack DeVille also sweetens the repeats with just the right amount of movement. ATTACK adjusts the gain in the repeater preamp, allowing you to boost or overdrive the echoes. CLOCK sets the amount of delay time. SUM is the number of repeats; set this high and this pedal can run away and self oscillate. LEVEL is the overall volume of the repeats relative to your original signal. MODULATION controls a gentle amount of pitch shifting in the repeats. It was designed for us by our friend Jack DeVille at Mr. Black Pedals. HAVOC footswitch held down will allow the pedal to run away in a focused, less ‘woofy’ manner than simply turning up SUM. Releasing it will return to the level set by the SUM control.
Psychedelic music uses the imagination to filter how we understand this strange ad beautiful world we live in: through melody and noise, with echoes and ambience, with peace and love. The TAPE EKO is a smart echo pedal that embodies the soul of the classic tape echo sound. It provides three delay modes: Mode I, Mode II, and reverse mode. Mode I gives you all the advantages of a digital delay. Compared with other tape echo effects, this mode produces a brighter, cleaner tone with less noise, all without sacrificing warmth or dynamics. Mode II differs from Mode I in terms of dynamics. These tones are much more true to the traditional magnetic tape echo machine response. The reverse mode, which models a magnetic tape machine’s playback head operating backwards, shares the characteristics of Mode I: warm and natural while maintaining clarity – It will literally take you back in time.
Sporting a new look for 2015 with all of the same functionality, Tech 21 brings a fresh perspective to the standard delay pedal. By incorporating a clean Boost function, up to 9dB, your solos will jump out with greater dimension. The Boost DLA is designed with user-tweakable, “lo-fi” analog technology. By manipulating the controls, you can infuse degrees of warmth and life characteristic of vintage delays. The circuitry intentionally injects the inherent imperfections of vintage units, which is what makes them so seductive and nostalgic. A single, continuously-variable Time control provides a full sweep, up to 1000 milliseconds, of delay. The Boost DLA parameters are engineered so that you can explore and custom tailor such delay styles as digital, vintage tape and bucket brigade.
It shares all the powerful features of the 1100mS unit, except for its longer delay time. 550 stands for its maximum delay time in milliseconds and that’s the same spec as the classic Deluxe Memory Man. Tap Tempo guarantees you’re always in sync with the groove

Flashback Delay. The sounds, the vibe, TonePrints, the entire package - it was a smash hit that rocked the world. But at TC, we're more about moving things forward and listening to the feedback from the guitar community. And so, when wishes for things like presets and tap-tempo started rolling in, we listened. And boy, did we knock it out of the park.
Tone Garage captures the pure essence of analog in these compact effect units by pairing carefully selected components with a unique design philosophy. From Jhs: In 2011 we released the Panther Analog Delay. Almost exactly two years later we tried a nearly impossible feat of taking everything we love about the Panther Delay, making a few improvements, and packaging it into a enclosure half the size. We are proud to bring to you the Panther Cub. True Bucket Brigade delay that has the tone and options to cover any style, any use, and any player. The Panther Cub Delay is our most anticipated pedal to date with it’s groundbreaker feature set including “tap tempo control” that lives within an all analog 1000 milliseconds of delay time! The “effects loop” allows you to place any effect or effects chain on the repeats only. We kept the four section “Ratio Control” to give you quarter, dotted eighth, eighth, and triplet divisions. The built in “Modulation” gives you a shimmery Deluxe Memory Man type vibe and works perfectly even with tap in use. The Panther Delay was the first to do this! The internal "Roar" switch gives you two different levels/sensitivity of oscillation and runaway. As the user you have the ability to program an “expression control” to your favorite knob to use it to change settings on the fly! The “Tap In/Out” jack lets you remotely tap in a tempo or slave another tap device for amazing live flexibility. All this and more is powered by a standard 9v supply.
Handmade analog delay. Ideal for spatial ambience and echo type reverb.
Analog Delay with Chorus/Vibrato What is it that makes a performance legend? Experience and design integrity make a legend. Since the early 1970’s, Electro-Harmonix has been designing analog delays featured on some of the greatest recordings and used by legendary musicians throughout the world. From the original Memory Man to the Deluxe Memory Man, still available today, our delays are desired instruments for the organic tones that deliver textures that define quality. The new Memory Boy carries the performance heritage for warm analog delays and modulations that made its ancestors the go to legends that remain today. With two years in design using new and refined, analog IC’s the focus was making the legend affordable to every musician while maintaining the character and artistic sounds that let you stand apart. The new Memory Boy straps on the cape and flies with heritage into the search for amazing sound at a price that mere mortals can afford.
The Way Huge Echo-Puss was designed by delay expert Jeorge Tripps for players who want an organic analog delay pedal that allows them to fine-tune their delay sound with a simple user interface. It serves up 600ms of delay with a pair of gravelly-voiced bucket-brigade chips. Additionally, a fully tweakable LFO modulation circuit allows you to add a liquid texture to the sound of the repeats.
Electro-Harmonix has a reputation for quality delays and the #1 Echo is a prime example. The tone is ultra high quality up to two seconds of maximum warm analog-sounding delay. The feedback control sets number of repeats and how fast they fade. The blend control lets you adjust the balance of echo volume with straight through signal, putting your sound exactly in the pocket you want.
